Team Frames Trade are pleased to offer a vacancy for an experienced office administrator to join our growing company.
Our business is the supply and installation of Windows, Doors and Conservatories to the trade and retail. This role is absolutely pivotal in the success of our business; we are a dedicated team and have been established for over 6 years.
The role will require a person to multi task, be confident and have excellent organisational skills. Reporting to the office manager you will carry out day to day clerical duties, maintaining of spreadsheets and databases. You will need to produce various correspondence and support the scheduling of deliveries, installations and the sales process. In addition to marketing / advertising activities and financial accounting: raise invoices process supplier and customer payments and manage day to day banking.
The suitable candidate will possess excellent keyboard skills and be proficient in Word and Excel. In addition you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills particularly when dealing with enquiries over the phone. A background in sales would be beneficial as there will also be a requirement to carry out telesales. Quickbooks accounting would be an advantage.
Full training will be given.
Part time or full time available depending on applicant.
