Who’s Who

Rob Bignall – Director / Proprietor.

Rob has worked in the industry for over 20 years. Originally manufacturing schuco he then opened his own installation company which became very successful.
In 2005 Rob and his wife opened Team Frames Trade as a trade distributor.  Rob is responsible for all sales enquires and more recently oversees all of the retail installations.

Jason Knight – Operations Manager.

Jason has worked in the window industry for 15 years. After spending many years at a leading manufacturers he helped build a very successful trade outlet for the kommerling product before joining Team Frames Trade to manage all operations. He is responsible for all office activities and staff ensuring all quotes and jobs are processed in accordance with the companies strict guidelines

Elaine Sired – Office Adminstrator.

Elaine comes from a wealth of customer service training. Elaine oversees all customer and sales enquires. She co-ordinates with customers and makes appointments for any sales or surveys. Elaine also is responsible for all the administration and accounts for the company.

Chris Jenner – Distribution supervisor.

Chris has worked in the window industry for over 15 years. Chris co-ordinates and delivers all the frames to the customers to either site or premises. Chris also helps with service calls and assists with installations when necessary
